These terms apply to the use of all services on the da222 website and platform. By registering on the site or using our services, you fully agree to these terms.

1. Introduction & Definitions

da222 (hereinafter "Platform", "we" or "us") operates an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between da222 and its users ("you" or "Member").

The key terms used in this document are defined below:

  • Platform: The da222 website, mobile version, and all services under it.
  • Member Account: A personal gaming account managed using the member's own login credentials.
  • Bonus Funds: Promotional funds credited to a member's account by da222.
  • Wagering Requirement: The obligation to complete a specified amount of bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • KYC: Identity verification process (Know Your Customer).

These terms are effective from the date of the latest update. Previous versions are automatically considered void.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the da222 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You are using this service of your own free will.
  • You hold a valid personal identity document (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate).

da222 may request documents for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. If you register with a false age, your account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

The information you provide when opening an account at da222 must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information is a violation of these terms.

  • Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed.
  • Allowing another person to use your account or transferring it to someone else is strictly prohibited.
  • If your personal information changes, you must notify support immediately.

3.2 Password & Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

We accept the following payment methods for depositing funds at da222: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 for each method.
  • Deposits must be sent only from an account registered in the member's own name. Use of third-party accounts is prohibited.
  • Funds will be credited to the account after successful verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawal requests:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing.
  • Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds (see Section 5 for details).
  • Withdrawals will be made using the same method as the deposit, wherever possible.

da222 reserves the right to verify withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity. This may take additional time.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at da222 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete bets totaling 25 times the bonus amount. The wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus combined.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 worth of bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus may be claimed only once and cannot be transferred to another member.
  • Wagering contributions may vary for certain games or bet types.
  • da222 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
  • If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be voided.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on da222 are governed by the following rules:

  • Once a bet is finalized, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If an unusual outcome occurs due to a technical error, da222 reserves the right to void or review that bet.
  • For sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled before the scheduled time, the bet will be settled according to da222's own rules.
  • Each casino game uses the software provider's own RNG (Random Number Generator) — results are completely unbiased.
  • Coordinated betting using multiple accounts simultaneously is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the da222 platform:

  • Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or dishonest means (money laundering).
  • Intentionally exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
  • Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
  • Harassing or attempting to harm other members of the platform.
  • Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • Republishing or commercially using platform content without da222's permission.

Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds. Legal action may also be taken in serious cases.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by da222

da222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these terms.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
  • Providing false identity or information.
  • Evidence of underage membership.

8.2 Closure Request by Member

You may request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. Pending bets must be settled before closure. If a valid balance remains, the opportunity to withdraw it will be provided.

9. Privacy & Security
